Rochester, New York – The Rochester Amerks are hosting a food drive to support families impacted by the mass shooting in Buffalo.

The team is collecting unopened, non-perishable food items.

Fans can also donate items such as reusable bags/freezer bags, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, diapers, detergents, and other personal care products.

Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. those can be dropped off in collection bins at the Blue Cross Arena box office.

You can also drop them off through the first intermission of Wednesday’s game.

FeedMore WNY is also collecting donations to help those impacted by the attack and the temporary closure of the Tops store on Buffalo’s Jefferson Avenue.
