Phelps man accused of having sexual contact with minor

Phelps, New York – A 40-year-old Ontario County man is facing charges after having sexual contact with a minor.
According to the officials, Jimar Turner, is charged with second-degree sexual abuse.
Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies say Turner had sexual contact with a minor under 14-years-old last year.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
An order of protection has been issued in the case.
