Rochester’s Women’s Empowerment Weekend aims to inspire trailblazing women
Rochester, New York – Dr. Mary Bisbee-Burrows, the creator of the Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneur Expo, has planned an event to inspire women to take the lead and become trailblazers in recognition of Women’s History Month.
“Women’s Empowerment Weekend” provides a platform for women to network with like-minded people and learn about financial legacy building, business growth, entity selection, and other topics.
“We have a variety of different banking institutions as well as Monroe County Minority Women Enterprise, so there is a lot of resources to help them get where they want to get,” said Dr. Mary Bisbee-Burrows, founder, of Legacy Drama House.
The Economic Empowerment & Entrepreneur Expo kicked off the weekend on Saturday, and the “I Am She” panel discussion, which focuses on inner healing for traumatized women, will wrap up the festivities.
