Health officials from Finger Lakes ask community to be patient
New York – As the system deals with staffing shortages brought on by industry challenges and the state’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, “Be patient,” is the message from officials at Finger Lakes Health
A representative of Finger Lakes Health, Lara Turbide tells Finger Lakes News Radio that the health system is doing the best it can.
“We’re grateful that we have a team that’s flexible, that’s been stepping up,” she said.
“We don’t want people to delay care, but there are going to be some delays.”
As always, officials with Finger Lakes Health ask those who cannot make it to an appointment to call ahead and cancel.
