Police, deputies involved in a stolen car pursuit in Canandaigua
Canandaigua, New York – Due to a high-speed chase, a vehicle reported stolen out of Greece was seen in the city of Canandaigua.
According to police, the pursuit was called off when the vehicle began heading north on Route 332 after it began around 10:15 a.m.
First responders indicated that the vehicle pulled into the Canandaigua Academy parking lot, before taking off.
According to first responders, the vehicle was last seen headed toward the thruway.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and Canandaigua Police Department were both involved in the pursuit.
