Mandating COVID-19 booster shots for all students next semester at University of Rochester
Rochester, New York — The University of Rochester is mandating a booster shot for all students.
Other local colleges are also taking different approaches to COVID-19 for the spring semester.
Before returning for the semester, any students who live on campus will also be required to test negative for COVID.
RIT is encouraging students, faculty and staff to receive a booster shot before their return to campus.
The school is also asking for everyone to get tested for COVID-19 before returning for the spring semester.
