Two new board members appointed in Town of Fayette
Fayette, New York – On Thursday, March 10, The Fayette Town Board appointed two new members at their meeting.
Keith Tidball has been selected to fill trustee Jeff Trout’s position, which was left vacant in November 2021 after Trout was elected Town Supervisor.
Tom Murray will replace board member Bill Goff, who recently resigned and announced his relocation to Florida.
The board is now at full capacity with five members with the addition of Tidball and Murray. Unless they run for election in November Both men will serve until the end of 2022.
Tidball, who is currently an Independence Party member, has filed to switch to the Republican Party. Like the other board members, Murray is a registered Republican.
