51-year-old woman injured in shooting in Rochester
Rochester, New York – On Sunday morning, a 51-year-old female from Rochester was sent to the hospital, after she had been shot at least once in the upper body.
According to Rochester Police, the shooting took place in the area of Lime Street and Whitney Street at approximately 11:15 a.m.
The victim was taken to an area hospital to be treated, where her injuries have been deemed non-life-threatening, police said.
This is an ongoing investigation, and there are no suspects in custody.
