Bill Gray’s IcePlex Welcomes Skaters for First Weekend of Open Skate
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Ice skaters came out to Bill Gray’s IcePlex Saturday for the first weekend of open skating.
Open skate opened up back on Wednesday.
The IcePlex plans on holding limited sessions to make the experience as safe as possible.
One ice skater says he hadn’t been on the ice for a while.
“It was a long time before we could get on the ice,” said Justin Graves of Rochester. “We actually came opening day, that was Wednesday. Yeah, we’re going to come again tomorrow.”
