Community baby shower in Rochester for supporting new parents in the area
Rochester, New York – On Sunday, Senator Samra Brouk hosted a community baby shower in Rochester.
The event celebrated and supported new parents in the area.
The baby shower also combats the area’s troubling infant mortality rate.
Parents and their children were connected to critical community resources, and supplies were collected to be donated to the Young Women’s Christian Association and other local organizations.
Children at the event were also treated to fun games and activities.
