Riga, New York — A 35-yer-old Henrietta man was charged with criminal possession of the stolen property.
Deputies say Richard Robson is facing charges after he was rummaging through citizens’ vehicles.
According to Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies, they were called to Chiswick Drive in Riga early Friday morning for the report of a man going through vehicles.
