Mother, boyfriend physically and sexually abused little boy leading to his death, leaving the body covered with clothing in the backseat of an abandoned car

Drug addict mother decided to continue leaving her broken life on her own when she decided to kill her 11-year-old child after years of beating, physical and sexual abuse, police inform. Police said they found the dead body covered with clothing in the backseat of an abandoned car after her ex-boyfriend told police everything even telling where they can find the victim’s dead body.
The mother, identified as the 38-year-old S. Johnson, and her boyfriend are facing multiple charges and will spend many years in prison if found guilty on the murder charges and tampering with evidence charges over the death of her 11-year-old son who was found dead in an abandoned car in Texas in 2019.
The couple are accused of physically and sexually abusing the little boy and even subjecting him to bestiality. How bad was the boy abused tells the fact that the boy was unable to speak for weeks prior to his death, autopsy confirmed.
The mother of the 11-year-old was arrested last Friday and her bond at $1 million for murder and $250,000 for a charge filed last year of tampering with evidence, according to public records. She was booked in Texas after being extradited from Nevada where she was arrested over abuse/neglect/child endangerment charges.
Johnson now faces first-degree murder charges while her ex-boyfriend, identified as the 33-year-old Allen T., faces capital murder of a person 10 to 14 years old in connection with the 11-year-old’s death. The suspect is currently jailed over multiple charges in Nevada.
According to police reports, the case came up to he light of the day when Allen told authorities everything about the boy’s death after Johnson accused and reported him to police because he beat and choked her repeatedly with a dog leash made of metal chain leading her to suffer numerous broken bones.
The mother had no options left but to confirm the story telling the whole story to the authorities and telling them exact locations where the remains were left months earlier. Authorities recovered the corpse the same day.
According to Johnson testimony, she and her son were moving from one hotel to another after she met Allen and moved in his place in 2019. She added that they have been living together for almost two months, October to December the same year.
She described a series of appalling physical abuse and torture that her son endured while the family lived with Allen. Wichita Falls Police said Johnson never tried to prevent the abuse or seek medical help. Johnson’s daughter, who also lived with her mother and brother, gave a detailed explanation how they life looked like claiming her mother also participated in the daily abuse.
She explained that the brutal abuse of her brother included use of hands, feet, a club, and a knife. The sexual abuse of her brother at times involved bestiality. According to the 15-year-old girl, her younger brother experienced broken nose injuries in at least three occasions.
Additionally, the little boy was forced to sleep in the in a closet and was beaten in a daily basis in most the cases without apparent reason. The teenager said that about two weeks before her brother was killed, Trumbull stomped on his head. She her brother was no longer himself and unable to speak clearly after the intense beating.
The fatal day, the boy started coughing blood as a result of the heavy beating. The mother and her boyfriend allegedly forced him to eat soup, but he was unresponsive. The couple allegedly began searching for a pulse and performed CPR on the boy before declaring him dead.
Police discovered the couple left the body in ice bath before dumping the dead body.
Along with the domestic abuse and charges in connection to Logan’s death, the couple is alleged to have committed a string of additional crimes in Nevada, ranging from possession of child pornography, sexual assault of a child, lewdness with a child and child abuse or neglect.
In Texas, capital murder charges are punished with life in prison or the death penalty.
