Rochester police identify driver of stolen car who killed a mother of five
Rochester, New York — A man who stole a car and crashed into another vehicle, killing a Rochester mother of five and injuring her passenger last Sunday on Seward Street was identified by Rochester police.
Taj Isaish-Joshua McMillan-Harris was charged with second-degree manslaughter and four counts of second-degree assault.
According to police, the accident took place in a stolen vehicle.
Three other passengers in the vehicle he was driving were also injured.
According to police, the suspected driver was allegedly driving 80 miles per hour in that stolen vehicle when the crash happened.
