Canandaigua, New York — The Walworth Fire Department chief has been arrested after trying to entice a minor over social media.
According to Canandaigua Police, 57-year-old Karel Ambroz, II used social media to try to meet a 14-year-old for sexual activity but instead he met up with an undercover detective.
According to the police report, he was arrested Thursday and charged with an attempted criminal sex act just hours before a meeting of the Walworth Town Board – of which Ambroz was a member.
