Woman in Rochester pleads guilty to June 2019 stabbing

A woman from Rochester pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge in a June 2019 stabbing.

Sheena Perry Harris, 35, pleaded guilty Monday to first-degree manslaughter for stabbing Christopher Grissom, 40, to death on June 14.

Grissom’s body was found on Hudson Avenue.

Police arrested Perry-Harris a short time later and charged her with second-degree murder. A Monroe County grand jury voted to indict her on the same charge.

Perry-Harris is scheduled to be sentenced on April 14 at 9:30 a.m.
