Youth job fair at the downtown MCC campus in Rochester
Rochester, New York – On Saturday with more than 40 businesses from our area, The Youth Community Resource and Employment Fair was held at the downtown MCC campus.
According to an AMR supervisor, these events help companies share what kind of resources they provide for the community.
“We are out here for education first and to let people know we are here and what we do. And also, employment opportunities at AMR,” said AMR Communication Supervisor Kenny Council.
“I just want to find work, to be honest. And it’s a good resource to have to be able to talk to different companies,” said Sir Dunham of Rochester.
The event hosted opportunities for ages 14 to 25.
