Mother and son charged in Capitol riots released with a number of conditions to follow
On Thursday mother and son pair that was involved in the Capitol riot on Jan. 6 were taken to court.
They’re facing federal charges including their involvement in stealing Nancy Pelosi’s laptop.
Rafael and Maryann Mooney-Rondon were both released with a number of conditions to follow.
Rafael and Maryann may not possess firearms, and Rafael is required to undergo drug testing and treatment.
Both are not allowed to go near Washington D.C. and cannot travel without permission. They may not leave the country.
