Palmyra woman pushed 7-year-old, chased adult with glass ashtray
Rochester, New York – According to the deputy’s report, a 40-year-old Palmyra woman was arrested following an investigation on Monday.
Deputies say Shellie Boise of Palmyra was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of criminal contempt.
It’s alleged that Boise pushed a 7-year-old to the ground, struck an adult in the face, and then chased that same person with a glass ashtray-threatening to hit them with it.
According to deputies, the victim and the 7-year-old were both protected by a court order.
Boise was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date in the local court.
